Time: 10:15 p.m. until 11:17 p.m.
We reside in Parksville and have observed a bright light flashing white, red and green hovering still for prolonged periods.
It then moving left to right in fairly small circular moves, very gradually shifting right and lower across the night sky towards Mount Arrowsmith.
Since I first peered out our window at 10:15 tonight. It is now 11:17 and it is still hovering out there.
I hope someone else is able to observe this tonight as well. Best regards.
