Police Officer Reports Green Light In The Sky Over Surrey British Columbia

Hello, I saw green light, I thought it was a plane crashing over Surrey, British Columbia at 03:45 hours.

I am a cop and was working night shift. I stopped my car to look at this green light.

It wasn't too high and was moving north then disappeared.

Object Gives Off A Yellow/Green Light Over Nanaimo Vancouver Island British Columbia

Time:  Between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Today between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. my wife saw an irregular object hurtling in the sky giving off a yellowy-green light here in Nanaimo.

It lasted, oh, 3 seconds, and then disappeared. Since this is 2 years (and 7 days) after the earlier sighting, I'm wondering if we're looking at the earth going through a meteorite cloud on its annual journey.

Green Pulsing Light/UFO Seen From Tin Wis Resort Tofino Vancouver Island British Columbia

While staying at the Tin Wis resort October 6, 2014 at 7.00 p.m. - 10.00 p.m. I saw a UFO green pulsing light.

It went off and on and moved in the sky like nothing else.Thrilling !

A Cluster Of Spinning Green Blue Red White Coloured Lights Near Osoyoos British Columbia

Vike Factor Note: I thought this to be stars, but not so sure about them spinning, so I baffled by this.

Hi Brian, I live near Osoyoos, British Columbia. When I look due west lately I have seen a spinning bank of colored lights. Green, blue, red and white.

By my eyes I see flashing colors. With my binoculars it looks like it is spinning clockwise. Like measuring a horse, this is 4 hands from the horizon.

Have not been able to make out if it is moving with the stars, faster or slower, or stationary.

At times I have seen this due north, due south, due east and now due west.

Hope you can make something out of it. Where is that telescope when I need one?

Hi Brian, I have been noticing the N, S, E, W, line up for about 3 years off and on. Yes I have tried to watch it move, but failed miserably.

Bright Green Object Falls Out Of The Sky Over Penticton British Columbia

Time:  Between 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hi Brian, my name is (name removed), and I live in Penticton. I searched "Green Orb, Penticton" this evening to make sense of something I saw last night.

I was with my wife in our car, facing west and entering the MacDonald's Drive Thru (no comment, ha ha!). The time was perhaps between 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., and it was dark outside. I saw a green orb that simply dropped out of the sky and behind the mountain.

I'll do my best at giving details, but that's about it. Here are some details:

1. - The shape was perfectly round.

2. - The green colour (or colours) were entirely a brilliant green. Something in me feels like there were at least 2 types of green, but both were, well, brilliant.

3. - The shape did not look like the size of the moon in the sky, but maybe 1/4 or 1/3 of the size of the moon.

4. - There were no "tracers" or tails left behind.

My wife did not see the orb in time, but she did point out that there were still light behind the mountain (which I also saw, and which disappeared within about a minute.

To try to gauge the time it took for the object to fall (or, more specifically, the time I saw that it took to fall down), I would estimate about 2 seconds.

Huge Object With Colors Of Green Red Yellow Over UBC West End Vancouver British Columbia

YES! I saw it!

We were about to park the car at the parking of Save-on in UBC when all of the sudden I saw the same thing that you described on your article. I was really so excited. I thought at first it was a plane crashing to the ground but the object is huge enough and glaring with colors.

I waited for it on the news and like you, Googled it... but can't find any news of it. I am glad you have it in article. I am just so glad to share what I saw and lucky to have seen it!

As soon as I saw it, I posted it on my Facebook. It was on September 13, 2014, weather was good and it happened at UBC, West End Vancouver.

Around 8:30 at the western sky I saw a huge object with really beautiful colors of and something glaring travelling north! It's so magnificent!

Triangular Shaped UFO And Green Light In The Sky Outside Sooke British Columbia

Date:  September 12, 2014 - September 13, 2014
Time:  Approx: 8:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Hi there. At about 8:00 p.m. on September 12, 2014 as I was leaving Sooke, British Columbia, I got about 10km away from Sooke heading to Colwood, British Columbia when I saw the same kind of thing as in this video (http://ufosightingshotspot.blogspot.ca/2013/01/wave-of-ufo-sightings-in-victoria-bc.html).

It was triangular and was hovering and was quite a brilliant white light emanating from it. I didn't think much of it, thought maybe it was the coast guard hovering with spot lights. But tonight at 8:15 p.m. September 13, 2014 I saw a brilliant bright green ball of light fall from the sky as I was making my way home in about the same area +- 5km.

It was definitively round and was falling in a weird way. There was no tail compared to what I've read other people have seen. It was just a very brilliant green. It fell behind some trees and I tried to pull over, but had lost sight of it.

Weird stuff, I was shocked to see how many people in Victoria and Sooke have reported sightings. I'm sure both incidences can be explained, but thought I'd report it anyway as it was quite strange and would love to know if anyone else saw it (like the person in the car just ahead of me).

Was the strangest thing, Brian. Like I said, I didn't think much of the bright white triangular light hovering (and it was 'doing something') and so I just kept driving, but I thought about it again after I saw that definitively round ball of bright green light that fell from the sky last night.

My first gut to that bright white light thing was, "wow, that's weird."

Ok, so there's my story. Best of luck! I was absolutely shocked to find that others in my area have been seeing things like this. And I found it interesting that on two separate nights in a row, within a few km's of each other, I saw something a little strange in the sky.

Bright Blue/Green Ball Of Light Falls From The Sky Between Abbotsford And Langley British Columbia

Hi there, I stumbled along your post here while I was searching for information as to what my boyfriend and I saw. We we're travelling along Highway 1 westbound between Abbotsford and Langley.

We saw a bright blue/green ball of light fall rapidly from the sky at a light swooping angle. It was only visible for a second or two.

Very curious my only thought could have been a shooting star, but it was way to big bright and close to have been a star ?

Bright Green Object/Light Seen Over Port Kells Surrey British Columbia

August 17, 2014 about 11:30 p.m. I saw the bright green light traveling from south to north when I was on the deck. My father was on the street near the house and saw the green light at the same time as I saw.

On August 24, 2014 my mother found the branch of the pear tree was cut down. It seems like thunder broke the tree, but not burned.

Next day my mother found many trees cut down at backyard forest. It was cut similar to the pear tree. Port Kells Surrey, B.C.

Bright Green Ball Of Light Over Metchosin Greater Victoria British Columbia

My girlfriend and I definitely saw this object fall from our place near Metchosin due north of us. The sky was lightly cloud covered and we saw this bright green ball light up a halo in the cloud as it fell.

My girlfriend noticed it first and said "Holy f***", so I turned and said the exact same thing.

Fast Moving Bright Green/White Ball Of Light Over Surrey British Columbia

I live in Surrey, British Columbia and I noticed this sometime between 10:00 - 10:30 p.m. It was exactly as you said, just bright greenish-white light ball shooting down quick and then disappeared.

No sound or anything and my assumption was some plane crash/explosion, but it didn't seem like that at all. I saw this happen in the western direction and did see another gentleman outside who froze and saw something in the sky too, but he left and went back in his house.

So, I am with you and would like to know, "what the hell was that?" Thanks.

Green Object With White Tail Seen Falling Out Of The Sky Between Tofino And Port Alberni British Columbia

Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Hello, my mother and I were driving home from Tofino to Port Alberni on the night of August 18, 2014, I'm guessing the time was roughly 10:30 p.m., but I can't remember exactly. We were headed east towards Port Alberni about 30 minuets outside of Tofino.

We saw a large bright orb arc across the sky and it appeared to have landed between our location and port Alberni. We guessed it might have landed near or after Kennedy lake. The orb of light was green and had a large white tail behind it. We both thought it was too big to be a shooting star, as it appeared to be inside the earth's atmosphere and headed towards the ground.

There was no light or sound given off by a crash landing. It just disappeared behind the tree line.

We thought maybe it could have been a plane crash. As we passed Kennedy lake we saw two ambulances and an Alberni towing truck parked in a pull out on the side of the road. An ambulance paramedic was standing by the vehicle, but there appeared to be no sense of urgency because the vehicle's emergency lights were not on.

We didn't stop because the road to Tofino is quite curvy and treacherous, not a good place to be stopping especially at night.

I called Alberni towing on the morning of August 19, 2014 (around 9:00 a.m.) to see if they had any answers as to what the light was or if they were involved with any plane crashes. The operator said they didn't know of a plane crash and that the call too Kennedy lake was a mix-up. Not many details were given, just that they had gone to the wrong location.

The operator did say that she had been working all night and had seen the same light in the sky between her location (Port Alberni) and the mountains to the east (aka. The lookout to those who live in the Alberni Valley).

If the operator saw the same light we had seen, then our guess that it landed near Kennedy lake was wrong. This is because the operator was much farther east then we were and saw the light to her east.

Please let us know if you come up with any answers or if others experienced a similar sighting. It was a very strange thing to see and it would be
interesting to hear if others saw the same thing. Thanks.

Green Colored Glowing Ball/UFO Makes Strange Maneuvers Over Prince George British Columbia

Time:  Evening.

Hey Brian, I was curious if any reports have come. In about last night I was looking out my window to see the Canada Day fireworks, but I couldn't see them, however I noticed a green ball glowing in the sky.

At first I thought it was a stray firework, but it stayed there for a minute or so before rising up at quite a fast speed then came to a complete stop, I called my wife to come see it. It just sat there in the same place until the fireworks ended.

It then went down, made a 90 degree turn right then moved back left, then back to the middle where it started, then down to the ground then back up and then it moved behind the tree line.

All I had for a recording device was my phone. It would have been such poor quality I decided I'd rather just watch it through my eyes than waste seeing this thing through my phone in blurry images.

I see on the net all the time anyways. Anyways any feed back would be nice thank you. Oh I forgot to tell you I live in Prince George, British Columbia.

Fluorescent Green Light Lit Up Witnesses Home At Dashwood Outskirts Qualicum Beach Vancouver Island British Columbia

Hello Brian, My name is (name removed), I stumble across your name and email address in my search to find out if anyone saw what I had seen last night (February  6, 2013 at 2:00 a.m.).

I woke suddenly because my bedroom was lit up fluorescent greenish. I went to the bathroom then to the window as the light faded away to nothing.

I can't explain if it was coming from the ground or sky, it was very odd it was approximately over the highway in Dashwood right at Larkdown road.

Dashwood is the outskirts of Qualicum Beach Vancouver Island, B.C. Somebody said it could have been a military flare?

Fiery Object With Blue/Green Tail Spotted In The Sky Outside Of Chilliwack British Columbia

Hi there, I was trying to Google to see if there was any news on what I saw fall out of the sky and I came across this sight and want to share my story. On January 12, 2013 just this last Saturday.

I was driving back from Burnaby, B.C. going east bound into Chilliwack, B.C. and my husband and I saw what looked like a comet fall out of the sky and land in a field.

I can’t tell the distance, I’d say maybe 15 km away from us.

It was fiery looking and had a bluish green tail and it was going pretty fast. When it hit it made no sound. We were expecting to hear a big bang or something. It was silent.

Strangest thing I’ve ever seen. Time was about 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m., not sure. Any idea what it could have been. Thank you.

Green Object With Large Tail Following Behind Seen In The Sky From Pit Meadows British Columbia

The thing that they saw from Abbotsford, I saw the same thing around the same time in Pit Meadows, green ball with a large tail.

It came from the sky and landed a distance in front of my car on Lougheed Highway right outside the shell gas station.

The below follow-up was done by a fellow who is helping me out. It is greatly appreciated.

It was around the same time as her sighting. 6:20 a.m. I was going east bound. I just moved here sorry.

I live in Poco, but work in Pit Meadows. It was right in front of the shell station just after you drive under the Golden Ears way bridge.

It was coming right to left, the green ball part was the same color as the tail, probably had like a two car length tail on this thing.

Came from the right and hit the earth on the left side of the road by the Shell station.

I think it was a meteor or space junk. I know there are a couple meteor shows right now, but they are not at there peaks at this time. It was pretty :)

Large Round Green Object Feel Out Of The Sky Over Victoria British Columbia

Time:  12:20 a.m.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: It was freezing that night and I was in bed looking out window trying to get warm. A large green round object slowly descended at an angle at controlled speed.

It was luminous (like northern lights), a dazzling green, not something one normally sees out window. I dashed to window, but saw nothing figuring it had landed nearby.

It was unusual that there was not any traffic at time, nor any other noise. It was eerily quiet. Unfortunately I only face one direction (west) and was not about to go outside to check.

Its movement was effortless. No sound of fireworks which I was listening for. Police suggested it could be a flare and had had no further reports. I think it was a UFO which was incredibly beautiful which I was lucky enough to see.

Sighting lasted only few seconds. No precipitation at time. It was large, round, and a beautiful luminous Kelly green. No other lights visible.

Red And Green Bright Light Seen Over Vancouver British Columbia

Hi Brian, I did spot something like that yesterday and also two weeks ago.

It's like a red and green bright light which goes towards PNE area.

Surprisingly it also takes a weird kind of direction change.

It would go straight and suddenly take a left out of nowhere which kind of seems to be a little strange for any other aircraft. It's turn is hardly circular. Regards.
