Good day, I just read your posting on the orange lights in the West End.
We just saw the same thing 15 minutes ago, we also saw 2 of them last week over English Bay headed south west as well.
We live on Pendrell, right behind Safeway. It was hard to tell how high it was, seemed fairly low though. It was headed north east. Silent, and almost flickering. Light went out at one time.
